Account & data deletion
This page explains how to delete your no7ch account (operated by beside Co.) and its data. You can request deletion from the app (iOS·Android) or the web (no7ch.com).
Delete in the app or web
- Sign in to the no7ch app or web.
- Go to Settings.
- Under Account, tap “Delete account”.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
30-day grace period
When you request deletion, a 30-day grace period starts. Your account is deactivated and your public profile is made private.
If you sign in again within the grace period, the request is canceled and your account is restored.
After 30 days, your account and the data below are permanently deleted from our servers and cannot be recovered.
What is deleted and retained
Deleted (permanently after 30 days): email, name, profile (handle, bio, links), all logs and attached images, collections and outputs, push token, language and timezone settings.
- Items we are legally required to keep are stored separately for the required period, then destroyed: contract, payment, and consumer-complaint records under Korean e-commerce law; access logs (3 months) under Korean communications law.
- no7ch does not store payment card details; the payment processor handles them separately under applicable law.
Delete only some data
Without deleting your account, you can delete individual logs and attached images anytime in the app or web. You can also export your data (Markdown·JSON) first.
